Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to newlyee.com and purchases from Newlyee. In these Terms, Newlyee, we, us, and our refer to the operator of newlyee.com. You and your refer to the visitor, customer, or purchaser. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection that applies to you, the mandatory protection controls.
Eligibility and Account Use
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Information supplied to us must be current, complete, and accurate.
Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, measurements, materials, and details accurately. A device screen, photography, lighting, manufacturing batch, or manual measurement may produce small differences. Size labels can vary by style, so customers should review the measurements and size guide shown on each product page before ordering.
Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct a description when needed. Nothing in this section permits us to supply an item that materially differs from the agreed description or limits remedies required by law.
Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. We accept the order when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We may cancel or refuse an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including:
An item is unavailable
A price, discount, or product description contains an obvious error
Payment cannot be authorized or appears unauthorized
The order triggers fraud, security, sanctions, export-control, or address-verification concerns
The quantity appears intended for unauthorized resale or exceeds a published limit
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.
Prices Taxes and Payment
Prices and the transaction currency are displayed on the product page or at checkout. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other amounts, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or handled as described in the Shipping Policy.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method. We may request additional verification before accepting or shipping an order.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to the terms stated with the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may not apply to shipping, taxes, gift cards, or excluded products. We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, or an obvious error.
Shipping Delivery Returns and Refunds
Shipping estimates, tracking, customs information, address responsibilities, and delivery issues are covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of Newlyee is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of your habitual residence.
Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact newlyeeshop@hotmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue. This request does not shorten any legal deadline or require you to waive a statutory right.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, or business practices. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. Terms in effect when an order was accepted continue to govern that order unless the customer and Newlyee agree otherwise.
